this is how to do the relays for arm and disarm. 2 relays.    terminal      86 12v..........terminal 87 ground.............terminal 85  negative lock or unlock from system..............terminal 30  correct resistors to arm or disarm...........send to WHITE/ green on vehicle. both relays are the same wiring except the different resistance out of 30.

Legrones - if you've already got relays hooked up with the resistors, going to the lock/unlock wire, then factory disarm/relock would go like this.
Hook the factory disarm from your remote start right onto the (-) unlock control wire - this will unlock it immediately prior to starting.
To relock - if you have a wire from your unit which pulses (-) during cranking (e.g. a (-) second start output, or the starter wire in the ribbon cable if your RS has external relays) then this wire can go to the (-) lock control wire; just make sure you put a diode inline on that starter wire with the stripe facing away from the lock wire - this is needed to prevent the starter from cranking every time you hit the locks.
If you only have a positive starter wire from your RS, you'll need a relay wired as follows.
85, 87 - ground
86 - (+) starter control wire
30 - (-) unlock control wire.
