OK going back to the window lifts, you have two wires from each switch going to each window. In theory with the switch at rest both of these wires should be "sitting at ground" then when you switch up, one should stay at ground and the other should go to 12v+. when you switch down the reverse should happen. Test and tell me if this is so.

I test the wires and neither are grounded when the switches are at rest but, yeah, they switch polarity depending on the direction.
this is my power window diagram

somebody told me that my power windows use a "reverse polarity, rest at nothing system" not the typical "reverse polarity, rest at ground system" and that I need a relay to use the window module, if that's true that's ok but, how do I wire the relay?

I have 4 wires from the window module to hookup. that diagram only show 2 from the "alarm". The window module says it should not be used to run a relay

If the diagram you posted is the actual diagram of your windows, they are reversal rest at ground.  Can you post the diagram for the window module?

DEI on the 530t specifically give instructions for that type of window control,I've never actually seen it although London Taxis use a similar system on their FRONT door locks. That's why most installers will use a 530t, it might cost more but you will get there.

There should be an addendum sheet on different types of "at rest" window switching. top of my head, you could do it with 4 changeover relays but that's too clunky! You're right it's too blurry to read.
