Do you mean cutting the trigger wire from the alarm, and just ground the relay manually?
I was thinking of trying this actually
And also changing the grounding location for the alarm as well.

Ok I have tried that, you can hear the door actuator make noise but not enough to lock/unlock.
I have also performed the wiring test according to the Honda service manual. seems like all door lock motors and wires are good.
seems like its just the relay module is fried?
