I would just continue in here. No sense making a new thread for it. What is the issue?

If it has the following wires;
Blue
Green
Red
Black
Join red and black to the 350 ground (black) and red 12V+ after the fuse.
Join green and blue then Y connect to the 350 Blue.
Use diodes, bands away from the 350. As per the install diagram or look at this:-

The door trigger is at the power window switch... inside the driver door. The lock and unlock requires a bit of extra work unless a bypass is used. See Tech Doc 1601 (search the Downloads/Manual section on this site) for the lock / unlock information.

Stock power locks and power windows has nothing to do with the door lock and door trigger connections. The door trigger still requires you to go into the door and the lock / unlock still requires the Tech Doc 1601 wiring setup. It is a royal PITA on that truck and you are 100x better off spending the extra money on a bypass to handle it all for you. Otherwise you are in for a world of hurt if you haven't had the pleasure of wiring up the 1601 yet...
