I’ve been installing Directed products for over 26 years. I’m also a prototype tester and had a DS4 in my vehicle at least one year before it got released and trust me it’s enabled on every firmware unless the guy that programmed your module prior to installation turned it off. Also, yes it’s low current but it’s enough for the negative horn and no relay is needed. I installed over 1000 units so far on all types of vehicles and horn is always enabled, I personally disable it every time unless the client wants it. The option is in the security menu when connected to XKloader2 or if you’re editing it via Bluetooth. Authorized Directed dealer only.Sylvain Rochon

Yes thanks. I saw that Kreg357 was able to provide the exact guide for your specific vehicle. It was the only thing I could find on the DS4+ using a google search. Directed has that stuff locked down pretty good if you are not a dealer. I was basically just referencing it to see if the unit had a horn output available and hoped others would chime in to guide you further.Steve G
