Tie it into your cigarette lighter. Install a push on push off switch on the backside of the lighter. You will need to fabricate your own bracket but it's not that hard.

No, basically you loose the function of the lighter. The bracket you make has to be placed far enough back that when you depress the lighter, it will press the switch.

How about if you cut the power wire going to the cig lighter, and wire it to a negative trigger passive starter kill? When you push the cig lighter in it will pass the ground and activate the relay allowing you to start the car. Think it will work?

Auex, it will work. Just disconnect the positive side of your cig lighter and use it as the trigger for your starter kill. The coil that heats will pass enough ground to sh*tch a relay. I have done a weird install with this one......lol

You can basicly use any switch or button on your dash. Turn signal, rear defrost, parking light, head light, having to have the e-brake on, or off. Which ever button or switch you use just needs to trigger a relay to allow starting. Just reply with a "what if I used such and such a switch or button" and I can try to help.
