I have a IMP 4040 Alarm/Starter (similar to Vampire 4040 or Commando?) and seem to have lost the user and installation manual. Could someone point me to a good source online or perhaps post his/her copy?

Heavy gauge wires

(2)red-CONSTANT BATTERY

BROWN-IGN 1

YELLOW-IGN 2

ORANGE-ACC

PURPLE-STARTER

Small gauge wires

WHITE -PARKING LIGHT OUTPUT

BLACK-GROUND

YELLOW-BRAKE (+)INPUT

ORANGE-(-)WHEN ARMED

BLUE-(-)INSTANT TRIGGER/SHUTDOWN

PURPLE-(+) DOOR TRIGGER

GREEN-(-) DOOR TRIGGER

RED -CONSTANT (+)

BROWN-(+)SIREN OUTPUT

GRAY-TACH

all this info is off my head and have the manual at the shop ,will give you the rest of the wire info 2morrow.hope this help you out some. Impulse Security 4040 Diagrams -- posted image.

Thanks very much!

I don't remember if the install manual says to connect each of the fused red leads to different power sources.

Also, if you have any reference as to the programming of the features (auto-lock/arm etc.) - any help would be appreciated.
