Grab a "Bigdogaudio" sealed box on ebay, great boxes and super cheap...check him out.

would me gettin a .66 cubic foot box, close enough to the suggested .70 cubic foot box that it sais on the papers that came with my subs...?

.66 would work fine.  It is easy to go slightly smaller than recommended because you can always put a bit of acoustic stuffing in to make the box behave like a slightly larger enclosure.  Being 'right on' is more important for ported and bandpass applications.  Sealed boxes are more forgiving.

ok... i got my head unit installed yesterday... i have my 2 subs... i ordered an 8 gauge amp wiring kit... i ordered an enclosure... all i need now is an amp... hmmmm

Like forbidden said, look for a mono 300w + RMS at 2ohms.  Post a few links up and we'll tell you what we think.

it specifically sais DONT use a mono amp to hook up two subs in the instructions... why buy a mono? when there is a 2 channel? sumone post a link to a sub under 150... 2 channel... i am not doing no mono...

MONO AMPS ARE FINE FOR SUBS!!!! A 2 channel amp can power a sub (or two, depending on if your subs are DVC or SVC and the impedance of them). Get one of the amp's forbidden or kfr01 suggested...and I can't read your french...

how exactly are they fine when it has its own CAUTION paper included with the subs saying NOT to... IT SAIS DO NOT...

SCREW the sony manual, either they were smoking something when they made it or you are reading it wrong. If you have two 4 ohm single voice coil subs then you will want a mono amp so you can wire them in parallel like forbidden said, and get a 2 ohm load. Get one of the amps suggested by Rob or kfr01 and you will be fine.
