The 0 seconds is how long that sub would last with clean power to it. Rockford Fosgate is a reputable name and you can trust them. Their woofers will last longer than 2 years easy if you take care of them, unlike the pyle/pyramid garbage which i owned once for experimentation...After it sounded horrible on my US amp (Extremely clean power <0.006%THD) i decided to hell with it, and its destiny was the wall socket.
