im looking at obcon but they dont have the volume im looking for.  i have made my own and love it but i dont want to go through it all again.  im looking to run one 12" IDMAX D2 off of a Directed audio 2400d.  ID says 1.33-1.53 sealed.  any ideas come to mind.

Nope, don't know of any good prefab boxes. There is only one exception, but I improved it by building my own to driver's specs. I just looked for it but they don't make it anymore.

might be time to pick up another sheet of mdf then.  its just too time consuming.  i work on other peoples cars all day, i just dont want to do the work on my own now :( .  but its time to get rid of that car and get a new one.  i dont want to take up so much space in the new one so im going to a single 12" driver.

thanks for looking.

I know what you mean, I have a fiberglass box in my trunk that I have put off finishing for over 3 years.

Check out ProBox...... http://www.proboxrocks.com/home.shtml

Also may want to look at Audio Enhancers...  http://www.audioenhancers.com

I have used both of these companies for boxes and have never been disapointed....

Look at Subzero as well.  And I agree that you should also check out the specs and make sure the enclosure will be right for your sub.
