can i instead use Pin86 and put the neg pulse from the aux channel to that intead so if i hit it once they will fold in and if i hit it a second time they will fold out

If you are not using a switch in the vehicle to control these, wire the relays like this:

1st Relay :

30 : Motor side (1) of the JDM Mirrors
87 : 12 volt constant
86 : to 1st latching (-) output from Alarm
85 : 12 volts constant
87a :  Ground

2nd Relay :

30 : Motor side (2) of the JDM Mirrors
87 : 12 volt constant
86 : to 2nd latching (-) output from Alarm
85 : 12 volt constant
87a :  Ground

If you have a switch in the vehicle controlling these and the switch is normally grounded, wire the relays like this:

1st Relay :

30 : Motor side (1) of the JDM Mirrors
87 : 12 volt constant
86 : to 1st latching (-) output from Alarm
85 : 12 volts constant
87a : Switch side (1) of FDM Mirrors

2nd Relay :

30 : Motor side (2) of the JDM Mirrors
87 : 12 volt constant
86 : to 2nd latching (-) output from Alarm
85 : 12 volt constant
87a : Switch side (2) of JDM Mirrors

With the way I posted before you mirrors will NOT move each time you arm and disarm.  You will still have to hit the AUX button to make them work (and a validity latch signal at that).  The only thing that changes every time you arm and disarm the alarm would be the state of the relay.  If you look at the Pin30 you will see that it is labeled AUX channel.  All the relay does is direct where the AUX signal goes when you push the AUX button.

If you use a latching relay you only need one AUX trigger and it will flip flop between the two relays. If you have 2 AUX channels, then you only need the two relays from above.

good idea however if they just pulse that diagram will give them a constant in either state and then the interior switch will prolly not even work anymore. Play around with em it sounds like you know what you are doing, you will get it and the satisfaction of that it a good high.

My solution relies on you have validity channels, meaning as long as you hold the button down a (-) output is sent.  Velocity Motors solution requires two aux channels, both of them should be validity channels.  It says to use latching channels, but I wouldn't want to do it with latching channels, as it may burn the motors out if they don't have stops built in to them (most power mirror motors don't, but I have never messed with power fold in motors).

Most JDM mirrors that I have done, have the auto stops on them. USDM mirrors I have not worked on ( GM versions ). If you have a system like a Compustar you can set the pulsed AUX from 1-99 seconds. This way you don't have to bother sitting there making sure that they fold closed and open.In the end it's just the way you want it installed. I have done this to many Imports and have used several different ways to accomplish what the customer wants.
