i built a new box for my truck and was wondering if yall had any advice on better sound quality (placement of the speakers) what would you do if this was your box? 53x20x13

looks like you got a clean truck with the fiberglass cover and everything. and stev is right, I had upfiring on my blazer and they got stolen within 2 months... my only advice is to carpet or paint that massive behemoth of a box.

what size port? how long?

there alpine type s's i gotta good alarm and live in a nice neighborhood!

i think im gonna put my 10" me2 punch in there 2.. more pix comming soon

It's usually ill advised to mix different subs together in an enclosure. As for porting it to make it sound better..well thats just a matter of preference and the music you listen to etc. I personally prefer sealed the majority of the time.

I was going to look at that box for those subs, but now that you said you might throw another type of sub into the mix I think I'll just bow out of this likely catastrophe.
