The amp you have chosen is a mono amp as well most class D amps are. As Velocity Motors said get two 4 ohm subs and run them in parallel this will give you a 2 ohm load on your amp.  The only problem that I see is that Pioneer dose not make a sigle 4 ohm sub any more except for there new Shallow-Mount Subwoofer.  You could go with 2 sub that have dual 2 ohm voice coils but once again pioneer dose not make one except for their high end stuff.  I have 1 12 pioneer 3004spl in a custom built box vented box with a JL E1800 and I'm hitting a lot harder then most people with 2 12's.

I would like to offer you a suggestion

I sell and install all these different models

very good bang for the buck

go for one premier ts-w3004spl and the gm-d510m amp and

a large sealed box ( 1- 1.5 cu. ft.)

i have been very impressed by this combo

low frequency extension is phenominal

would not recomend the 7150\7200 pio amps or kenwoods

In answer to your question about the mono amp. No you do not need 2 mono amps. (not saying the the other amp is a bad choice either.) Refer to www.bcae1.com and look for  the heading series/paralell. This should give you the information you need to make your decision.
