I can only post up to the point where we are at. There are a lot of things we are running into about the box, middle console, etc.

OH WOW!

Now I am REALLY intrigued. How are you getting 2 alternators in an explorer??

I rececently toasted an alternator. And foolishly replaced it with another 130A alternator instead of upgrading to a 200A...

well i am removing the ac compressor and adding a bracket to run the second. So I will have one alternator for the car stock, then 2 360 amps for the system. Well one question I have is the new age designs for high spl vechiles. I heard some are dual bandpass and single bandpass. But as far as the design the ones in the high 170's are no longer having a wall with a port. So I need to further research how to design them and use the center console to tune them in. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

If by "newage" you mean the new 4th and 5th order bandpass walls, yes I have some general knoledge of how they work.   Would I ever consider building or designing one? probably not at this point in time!
