most are now using a bandpass design, but there are still some using a standard wall. You have huge admarations, but I think you need to step back and calm down a bit.   The guys that are in the high 160's have spent many years and time designing setups, as well as 10,20, or 30,000 or more into their vehicle. The ones in the 170's are far beyond that. I know that. Its just the wall design thats slowing us I wouldn't want to use a conventional wall and throw a 160 when I could use a different design and throw a 170. Now knowing its a 4th or 5th order that will help.Is their any other knowledge you can share?

The easiest way to explain what types of walls are being used is like the following. A sealed box for each woofer is located inside of a bigger box which has a large port that goes into the cabin area.
