Don't have a ORANGE / violet wire, there is an orange wire. Don't have a pink/violet wire, don't have a pink wire? The only wire that comes close to a violet is a large wire that comes out of the box 2 different locations then into a fuse and comes out as one wire?

you will need 2 relays OR use the DEI 451m door lock interface.

the 211hv is literally just 2 relays for the lock/unlock portion.
here's what you need to connect.
wiring on 211hv_____wiring in your ram
red _____ red @ ignition harness
violet _____ red @ ignition harness
violet/black _____ red @ ignition harness
black _____ ground
GREEN/ black _____ ORANGE / violet @ dkp
white _____ BLACK / YELLOW @ dkp
brown _____ BLACK/ red @ steering column
light GREEN/ black _____ light GREEN/ orange (need to attach through 1.5k ohm resistor)
You need to cut the unlock wire and hook these up accordingly
BROWN / black _____ pink/violet @ dkp switch side
blue/black _____ pink/violet @ dkp car side
Be sure to meter all wires.
Hope this helped, bro!

I usually look for a big harness/loom high up under the drivers dash... I usually mount my brain first(up and over the loom and then zip-tied) and then route all the wires to there connection points...Then you can cut the wires to a proper lenght and make the connection...Since this is just a keyless...Anywhere is fine...Just be sure to always go over/above any existing wires...It will stop the wires from falling/hanging down...

I have tried wiring this unit as per instructions given... I connected the red, violet and violet/black to the red wire in the ignition harness. The violet and the violet/black wire come out of the connector as 2 different wires then at the in-line fuse become 1 wire? I connected the black to ground, could not find a BLACK / YELLOW at the dpk to connect the white wire( there is a yellow/black?) I connected the brown wire to what looked like a BLACK/ red wire at the sterring column. At the dkp I have a 1 pink/violet wire and 1 ORANGE / violet wire which I connected the BROWN / black and the blue /black wire. The GREEN/ black wire I did nothing with account there is not another ORANGE / violet wire.

Results.... when I push the lock button the horn beeped 1 time and there was clicking in the little box then at some point the 10 amp fuse for the power locks blew? As info when speaking of the dkp, that is not easy place to work. After 2 hrs of this I am back to where I started after replacing the fuse?
